About
I'm a product design lead with 10+ years building and scaling UX inside complex enterprise software — security, infrastructure, and platform modernization for companies like Atlassian, Citrix, and Swimlane. I've grown design teams from one designer to five, partnered directly with executives and architects to turn ambiguous technical problems into products people trust, and spent the last few years going deep on AI-native workflows — using tools like Claude Code and Figma MCP to move faster without cutting corners on craft.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me mountain biking or chasing my two sons around.

What Drives Me
I've always been driven by the moment a confusing system clicks into place for someone. Early in my career that meant untangling a single workflow; today it means building the design systems, principles, and team culture that let an entire organization move with that same clarity. I still ask the same question I always have — "how could this be better?" — just at a bigger scale now.
How I work
- Make the complex feel obvious. People shouldn't need to understand the system to trust it.
- Treat design as a business lever. I measure it by time-on-task, adoption, and revenue, and it should shape what the business builds next.
- Ship, learn, repeat. I won't be right the first time, so I get work in front of users early and iterate fast.
- Build with product and engineering, not for them. The best products come from designers, PMs, and engineers solving the same problem together.
- Invest in people and process. Great products come from healthy teams and clear ways of working.
